    I Description                            

  • This lovely and colorful apartment it is on the four floor, and has been renovated in June 2007 to include:

    • One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and one window to the street;

    • One living/sitting room with a double sofa bed (140x200) and 2 windows to the street;

    • Bed, chair for meals, street chair and a little pastic bathtub for the babys;

    • One kitchenette with electric oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge with frozen compartment, coffee machine  and everything you can possibly need to have a comfortable stay;

    • Table and 4 chairs;

    • One bathroom with shower;

    • Towels and Linens included;

    • Satellite TV, DVD, hifi with CD´s;

    • Wireless Internet.

  • Max Pax: 4 / 5 persons.

- You can pay the booking deposit through bank transfer (please be sure that all the expenses concerning the international transfer are supported by you), or using credit card by Paypal.com (if you pay by credit card  please note that you will have an extra charge of 10euros).
- The receipt for the booking deposit should be received by mail.

- The remainder must be paid in cash when checking in.

- Check-in is after 16pm and chek-out is until 11 am.

Particular situations:
- additional 20 Euro for check-in from 9:30 PM to 00:00 AM everday;
- additional 50 Euro for check-in from 00:00 AM to 8:30 AM everyday;
- additional 20 Euro for check-in on Week-ends and on Portuguese public holidays till 9:30 PM.

- Transfer in the arrival day from the airport to the apartment – extra 30€.

 - In case of cancellation we do not return the booking deposit.
