RESERVATION PROCEDURE

- You can choose to pay the booking deposit (30% of total) by bank transfer or using credit card by paypal.com.

- If you choose bank transfer, please be sure taht all the expenses concerning the international transfer are supported by you.

- If you choose pay the booking deposit by credit card (paypal.com), note that will have an extra charge of 10€.

- The receipt for the booking deposit should be received by mail.

-After we confirm your payment we will send you an email with the confirmation of the reservation, the exact address and how to arrive to the apartment. Also the contact of the person that will give you the key of the apartment and a worm welcome

- The remainder must be paid in cash when checking in.

(Please note that the maximum withdrawal in a Portuguese ATM machine is 200 € and the maximum daily withdrawal is 400 €).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CHECK-IN E CHECK-OUT

- Check-in is after 4 PM and Check-out is until 11 AM.

- The time of check-out can be flexible, but must be prearranged with the contact person.

 - Please call us 30 minutes before your arrival.

- The check –in is free of charge Monday to Friday from 4P.M. to 9:30P.M., except on Portuguese public holidays.

 Particular situations
- additional 20 Euro for check-in from 9:30 PM to 00:00 AM everday;
- additional 50 Euro for check-in from 00:00 AM to 8:30 AM everyday;
- additional 20 Euro for check-in on Week-ends and on Portuguese public holidays till 9:30 PM.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 - In case of cancellation the reservation is not returned.

Reducing the number of nights
 - 1 to 15 days prior to arrival: 1/3 of 1 night's price/NIGHT

Reducing the number of guests
 - Each guest not coming will have to pay the equivalent to one night stay/guest.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- The apartment will be cleaned prior to the arrival of each tenant.

- When leaving, guests must leave the apartment without waste and with the lights and TV off.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

- You must inform us about the number and age of the guests when booking.

- The number of people who can use the apartment should never exceed the capacity of each apartment, except for children under 4 years of age. The stay of pets in the apartments require prior authorization.

BEHAVIOR

- The person completing the form of check-in will be responsible for the conduct of all persons accompanying him / her and avoid the commission of any illegal activity or to public health.

- Do not forget that our apartments are in a residential building, in this way neighbors night rest must be respected. Be aware that the conduct of parties, loud music or other activities disturbing the neighbors will result in immediate eviction from the apartment with the loss of all amounts already paid for the stay at the apartment.

- Quiet time is from 10 PM to 10 AM.
