 The “Casa dos Mercadores” is a middle age building located just in the heart of the old city and shopping area close to the river   - Ribeira.

 The Ribeira Square lies at one of the oldest quarters in Oporto and as night falls turns into a busy place thanks to a lot of restaurants, night clubs and open air cafés that can be found around.

 Located in "Rua dos Mercadores", our 3 recently renewed apartments is a comfortable and good price lodging in this area of the town.

Less than a 5 minutes walk there are some of the most emblematic places of the city: the Palacio da Bolsa, the Ribeira, the Customs Building (Alfândega), the Church of S. Francisco and the Tower of Clerics, among many others. Although the surroundings you can visit the Port wine cellars or take a cruise on the Douro River.

Nearby you'll find supermarkets, a pharmacy, post-office, very good and affordable restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shops, taxi station, bus station, 500m from metro and train station "São Bento" and many other services.
